Product Features:
A coordinate measuring machine refers to an instrument that can represent geometric shapes, lengths, and circular division measurements within a hexahedral spatial range, also known as a coordinate measuring machine or coordinate measuring bed. It can also be defined as "an instrument with a probe capable of moving in three directions, moving on three mutually perpendicular guide rails, with the probe transmitting signals through contact or non-contact methods. The displacement measuring system of the three axes (such as a grating scale) calculates the points of the workpiece (x, y, z) and various functional measurements through a data processor or computer." The measuring capabilities of a coordinate measuring machine should include dimensional accuracy, positioning accuracy, geometric accuracy, and contour accuracy.

  1. Installation at Customer Site
All boxes shall be opened only under the supervision of a SEREIN engineer. During the installation, support for connections, unloading, internal transportation, unpacking and placement must be provided by the buyers. Supplier should offer technical guide. Only after the environmental conditions conforms to the requirements of this agreement, SEREIN Engineers will carry out the work related to the machine installation, debugging and final inspection in the installation site. The final acceptance inspection should follow the standard of JJF1064-2004(This standard is the equivalent of ISO 10360-2000 )
 
  1. Training:
Test Location: Customer's site.
Duration:Four Days
Contents: Equipment application and maintenance
Attendees: 2 persons. People attending the training are expected to have some familiarity with metrology knowledge and PC application skill. And Cost for travel, food and accommodation during the training shall be paid by themselves.
Additional Information: After using the equipment for a period of time, any issues encountered during use can be summarized, and an engineer can be arranged to provide on-site guidance.

1 year (12 months) guarantee is free of charge after Final Acceptance. But the buyer will be responsible for the parts-changed expense If the damage is caused by human error.
