- Installation at Customer Site
All boxes shall be opened only under the supervision of a SEREIN engineer. During the installation, support for connections, unloading, internal transportation, unpacking and placement must be provided by the buyers. Supplier should offer technical guide. Only after the environmental conditions conforms to the requirements of this agreement, SEREIN Engineers will carry out the work related to the machine installation, debugging and final inspection in the installation site. The final acceptance inspection should follow the standard of JJF1064-2004(This standard is the equivalent of ISO 10360-2000 )
- Training:
Test Location: Customer's site. Duration:Four Days Contents: Equipment application and maintenance Attendees: 2 persons. People attending the training are expected to have some familiarity with metrology knowledge and PC application skill. And Cost for travel, food and accommodation during the training shall be paid by themselves. Additional Information: After using the equipment for a period of time, any issues encountered during use can be summarized, and an engineer can be arranged to provide on-site guidance.
- After-market Service:
(1) 1 year (12 months) guarantee is free of charge after Final Acceptance. But the buyer will be responsible for the parts-changed expense If the damage is caused by human error. (2) If the CMM has a problem, Repair in time. We promise to respond within 24 hours and deal with any failures you encounter in use in a timely manner . |
