PW-CTS2-19-55A R&D Dual-Chamber Air-Cooled Thermal Shock Test Chamber Guangdong Yuelian Instrument launched a 19L small Thermal Shock Test Chamber for material research and development departments. It uses self-developed temperature balance technology, which is different from the traditional freezing balance technology that uses high-power refrigeration to counter high-power heating. It adopts on-off refrigeration energy regulation technology - the central controller controls the cooling capacity according to different temperature points to achieve static temperature balance, while keeping the equipment running in a relatively low power state at all times, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
Refrigeration system

6. Refrigerant flow control Automatically adjust the refrigeration system of energy consumption output control. Air cooling, no need to clean the water tower and pipelines, no water blockage problem
7. Refrigeration process
Fully implement nitrogen protection welding, and use a two-stage rotary vane pump to evacuate the air, ensuring that the refrigeration system is clean and reliable.
A water tray is designed at the bottom of the compressor, and the condensed water is discharged to the outside of the box through the drain pipe at the rear of the box.
