PW-CV vacuum drying oven is designed specifically for drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, and easily oxidizable materials. It is capable of being filled with inert gases, allowing for rapid drying of even complex items. The rectangular working chamber maximizes the effective volume. The heating elements are U-shaped and surround the outer wall of the chamber, with insulation cotton filling for thermal insulation. The microcomputer temperature controller can automatically adjust control parameters based on the ambient temperature and the load size, ensuring reliable temperature control accuracy. The tempered, bulletproof double-layer glass door allows for a clear view of the objects inside the chamber. The tightness of the box door can be adjusted, and the overall molded silicone door seal ensures a tight seal. The working chamber is made of stainless steel, and storage, heating, and drying are all carried out in an oxygen-free or inert gas-filled environment, preventing oxidation. Equipped with a vacuum pump and vacuum tube, it can be used for vacuum extraction experiments.
