Vertical Air-Cooled Drying Oven Performance Features:
- Mirror-like 304 stainless steel interior, rounded corners, with adjustable air inlets and outlets;
- Maximum temperature of 300ºC, with an accuracy of 1ºC, and equipped with PID self-tuning function.
Chamber Structure and Materials:
- Outer Chamber Material: The outer box is made of high-quality cold rolled steel treated with phosphoric acid film salt and then high-temperature spray plastic, with blue door and white body color.
- Studio Material: Equipped with a mirror-like stainless steel interior, removable stainless steel electropolished shelves, tempered glass viewing window.
- Internal Structure: Reasonable air duct structure and gentle airflow circulation design, with fan-forced heat dissipation circulation, ensuring good temperature uniformity in the working chamber, and a unique geometric cavity clean design.
- Insulation Material: High-density glass fiber cotton is filled in the insulation layers on the front, back, left, right, top, and bottom of the box.
- Sealing Method: The chamber door and the working chamber are sealed with high-temperature resistant silicon rubber seals to ensure the sealing of the working chamber. The inner panel of the chamber door is made of stainless steel. A double-layer tempered glass observation window is located on the door for observing changes in the samples inside the chamber. Transparent and insulating, the chamber back has an air intake hole and a safety ventilation hole.
- Temperature Port: The PT100 sensor enters from the back of the chamber.
- Terminal Post: The wiring terminal for the heating elements is located at the bottom rear of the chamber.
- Controller: Located at the top of the chamber, with an integrated control system.
